Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering. By placing an order with Sign Bandit, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

1. ORDERING.  Ordering can be completed online or by phone.  Rush orders (less than 24 hours prior to staking) are subject to availability.  You will receive a call on the same day you place your order to confirm the staking. Orders placed after 7pm will receive a call the following morning. Every attempt will be made to include requested colors, designs, and interests. Confirmation of design elements will be made during the phone confirmation.

2. PRICE.  Price includes not only sign rental for a 24-hour period, but also delivery, staking, and pickup.  You may rent the sign for an additional 24-hour period for half-price of the original fee for each additional day and is subject to availability.  Additional fees apply if ordering outside the realm of the product or outside of the delivery radius. 

3. PAYMENT.  Payment in full must be received no later than 9 p.m. CST the day prior to staking.  Payment information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.

4. CANCELLATIONS. Cancellations made 24 or more hours in advance of scheduled staking will receive a full refund.  Cancellations made less than 24 hours before staking will not be refunded except in cases of inclement weather where another date cannot be scheduled.  Rescheduling replaces any refund.

5. INCLEMENT WEATHER. All attempts will be made to complete the order regardless of weather.  However, if there is lightning or other hazardous weather conditions that prevent staking, a full refund will be issued or you may opt to delay or reschedule the event based on availability. In the event of prohibitive weather or inclement weather, if we are unable to reschedule the staking, a refund will be honored. Should winds exceed 18mph, the design may be forced closer to the ground and extend in width to support the integrity of the design.

6. REFUND POLICY. In addition to the other policies stated herein, refunds will not be granted if the homeowner refuses service or requests greeting to be removed.  Refunds will not be granted for errors that occur on order submission.

7. Yard greetings are meant to be pleasant surprises.  The owner of the yard should have some knowledge that we are coming.  Sprinkler systems should be off during the time of staking.  The area to be staked must be watered several times over the week prior to staking, especially during the summer months. You should be able to push a pencil into the ground with limited force for proper staking.  For gated communities, make sure to provide access or an access code for entrance.

8. The signs used for the event are the sole property of Sign Bandit.  Do not try to move the signs or remove them.  Contact Sign Bandit for assistance.  Do not climb on or bend the signs.  Full replacement cost for each letter or graphic will be charged for loss, damage, or destruction. 

9. Sign Bandit reserves the right to decline orders.

10. In the unlikely event of dispute, jurisdiction shall lie in Mineral Wells, Palo Pinto County, Texas.
